Processing Time

 


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may take up to 5 business days.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 


 

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

 


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, weight, and available carrier options.

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on customs and destination)

 


Please note that Veliz Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or any events beyond our control.

 


 

 

Shipping Insurance

 


If you wish to add insurance to your shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at 📧 velizjewelryllc@gmail.com.

Additional insurance fees may apply depending on the value and destination of your order.


Veliz Jewelry is not responsible for un-insured packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

 


 

 

Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours after the package has been scanned by the carrier.


If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or post office directly.

 


 

 

Shipping Address

 


Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Veliz Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

 


 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 


Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.

Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, Veliz Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


If your package arrives damaged or does not match the tracking information, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryat 📧 velizjewelryllc@gmail.com.

We will review your case and assist you with a carrier claim if eligible.

 


 

 

International Orders

 


International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
