All sales are final.
For reasons related to hygiene, safety, and quality assurance, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted due to personal preference, size, color, weight, or any reason not caused by an error on the part of Veliz Jewelry.
Refunds or returns will not be processed in cases such as:
The customer changed their mind or no longer wants the item.
The customer ordered the wrong size or model.
Minor differences in tone, brightness, or color due to lighting, photography angles, or screen settings.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
If the item received does not match the specifications described in the order (model, metal type, or weight).
If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect

The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all documentation and tags intact.
Veliz Jewelry will review the case and, if approved, will either send a replacement item or issue a refund.
Once the jewelry has been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery, Veliz Jewelry is not responsible for any deterioration, breakage, discoloration, or other issues arising from use or handling by the customer.
Veliz Jewelry is only responsible for products sold directly by us that meet the quality and specifications promised at the time of purchase.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the error was caused by Veliz Jewelry.
Once the item is received and verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
By completing a purchase with Veliz Jewelry, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return and Refund Policy in its entirety.
